Terms & Conditions – KFLDesigns

Welcome to KFLDesigns. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

KFLDesigns offers the following services:

a. Graphic Design

• Logos, business cards, flyers, social media graphics, and other digital design work.

• Deliverables are provided in digital format (PNG, JPG, PDF or as agreed).

• Printing, production, or distribution is the client’s responsibility.

b. Website Design

• Design of websites on platforms Wix and Canva only.

• KFLDesigns provides design only; coding, integrations, SEO, Google Ads, or any technical maintenance are not included.

• After handover, the client is fully responsible for the website’s management, Site traffic, Leads, updates, security, and ongoing maintenance.

c. Social Media Management

• Creation and posting of social media content including templates, reels, carousels, and captions.

• KFLDesigns does not run paid ads, manage leads, or guarantee any specific results from social media activity.

2. Design & Content Process

• KFLDesigns will provide drafts for review before final delivery.

• Clients are entitled to three revisions per project; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Clients must provide all necessary content, images, logos, and information in a timely manner.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must review all work for accuracy before use or publication.

• Clients are fully responsible for printing, website hosting, website traffic, leads, website security, social media account management, and any third-party integrations or services.

• KFLDesigns is not liable for any issues arising from misuse, third-party platforms, or external services.

4. Payment

• Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before work begins.

• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer

• All prices are in British Pounds

5. Ownership and Copyright

• KFLDesigns retains copyright of all work until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the delivered designs, website, or social media content for personal or business purposes.

• Clients may not resell or redistribute designs or templates without written consent from KFDesigns.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Projects may be canceled by the client at any time; work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

• Refunds are only considered at the sole discretion of KFLDesigns.

7. Limitation of Liability

• KFLDesigns is not responsible for:

  • Printing or production errors of designs.

  • Website downtime, hacking, data loss, or technical issues, site traffic and Leads.

  • Performance, results, or leads from social media and your website or any marketing campaigns.

• KFLDesigns makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, reach, or outcomes of any service.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging KFLDesigns for any project or service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
